Phase out inefficient lighting products in the international seminar held in - the future of semiconductor lighting is one of the priorities of green light on June 24 held out inefficient lighting products in the international seminar, National Development and Reform Commission of resource conservation and environmental protection, energy saving and the Division Director Lv Wenbin row, said China's future work will focus on green lighting projects around the phase-out of incandescent light, to promote energy-saving lamps and promote the development of semiconductor lighting industry carried out in three areas. Lv Wenbin said at present about China's lighting electricity consumption accounting for 12% of society, more than 430 billion kwh. If we replace all incandescent lamps in use for the energy-saving lamps, saving 48 billion kwh per year, equivalent to 48 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions, energy conservation and emission reduction potential. Green Lights is a means to save electricity, protect the environment as a target of energy saving actions, the main approach is through the scientific method of lighting design and lighting control, the use of high efficiency, long life, safe and stable performance lighting products, and ultimately to achieve efficient, comfortable, safe, economic, environment and improve their physical and mental health benefits and reflect the modern civilization of the lighting system. China's green lighting project began in 1996, and was included in each five-year plans in China, as the "Ninth Five-Year", "fifteen" energy saving focus areas, the "Eleventh Five-Year" ten key energy conservation projects. Implementation of green lighting project 14 years ago, in order to save electricity for lighting and protecting the environment, the establishment of high quality and efficient lighting environment has played a positive role, but also to address climate change and promote sustainable development contribute to the force. On the future outlook for green lighting project, Lv Wenbin said, there are three key areas of work in future: First, the phasing out of incandescent lamps. On the one hand, further increase the energy efficiency of incandescent lamps enterprise switches support for the project, and promote China's Lighting Industry product structure adjustment and optimization. On the other hand, through the "China to phase out incandescent light, speed up the promotion of energy-saving lamps" international cooperation projects, in line with China's national conditions to develop a road map out of incandescent and related policies. Second, speed up the promotion of energy-saving lamps. On the one hand, continue to accelerate the promotion of energy-saving lamps, low-key promotion of the use of mercury, mercury-solid technology and clean production technology of high quality, environmentally friendly and efficient lighting products. On the other hand, encourage enterprises to cleaner production, carry out pilot waste lamp recycling, the establishment of waste lamp recycling mechanism. The third is to promote the healthy development of semiconductor lighting industry. By 2015, market share increase year by year, features about 20% of lighting, LCD backlight up to 50%, and landscape decorations and other products more than 70% market share. Significantly enhance the ability of independent innovation of enterprises, large-scale MOCVD equipment, and key raw materials and 70% of the chip to achieve localization. Industrial concentration increased significantly, with their own brand, the backbone of a larger market impact of about 10 leading enterprises, and the initial establishment of semiconductor lighting standards. The annual saving 40 billion kwh, equivalent to 40 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions. By the Development and Reform Commission, jointly organized by UNDP China phase out inefficient lighting products in the international seminar on June 24 -25, held in Beijing from 11 countries on behalf of the nearly 200 participants, seminar lighting will be designed to review the development process of lighting the future.
